There’s nothing better than coming home to a beautiful, soothing space in your home where you can relax and unwind. This neutral living room featuring a concrete fireplace, caramel leather chairs, and tons of texture, gets it just right.
Neutral Living Room Inspiration:
The star of the show is the concrete fireplace. It’s simple, but I love the texture it brings to the space. There are tons of DIY concrete fireplace tutorials on Google and Pinterest, if you want to get this look in your own home on a budget!
The light gray upholstered couch has modern lines and wooden feet. The caramel pillows tie in with the caramel color chairs on the other side of the room.
See the jute rug? Those work in ANY living room. A total fullproof type of rug that adds texture and warmth, no matter the color scheme or layout.
Adding plants throughout your living room gives it a lived-in and fresh look. Add larger, potted plants beside sofas and chairs and smaller plants on top of coffee tables or along shelves and ledges.
For large plants, I love fig leaf trees. I have one in our living room that is almost as high as the ceiling. They love being close to a window and being watered once a week.
For smaller plants, I personally love succulents, cactai, ivy, and jade.
If you want to pop some branches in a vase, any kind of eucalyptus always looks amazing. I use fake branches in my vases so I never need to worry about them!
