Who doesn’t love creating a signature cocktail? If you’re hosting a party sometime soon, make this pineapple mango cocktail recipe for your guests and get ready to impress them. It looks cute and tastes amazing!
Totally has that fun and tropical vibe. Basically tastes like the caribbean in a glass!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
The recipe is really straight forward and simple. Just a few fresh ingredients, water, sugar, and vodka.
- ¾ C. Sugar
- ¾ C. Water
- 1 ¼ C. fresh chopped Pineapple
- 1 C. fresh chopped Mango
- 1 C. Ice
- 3-4oz Vodka
How to make the Pineapple Mango Cocktail:
The first thing you need to do is make your “simple syrup” out of water and sugar.
Put the water and sugar into a small pot and cook on medium until it comes to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes. Then set aside to cool. This is the foundation of your drink.
As you are waiting for it to cool, chop up your fresh mango and pineapple.
Once the simple syrup has cooled, pour it, the mango, and the pineapple into your blender and blend until smooth.
Add the vodka and ice. Blend for a few seconds until combined.
Pour into a glass, add a cute little umbrella (snag those here) and a slice of pineapple. Enjoy!!
Make a big pitcher of this cocktail next time your friends come over. SO yummy!
